Tesco Bags of Help COVID-19 Funding

Tesco Bags of Help have created a new additional funding stream specifically to support endeavours tackling the virus crisis. The turn around is much faster, and the application process quicker. The fund allocates £500 per project submitted. and as with other Tesco Bags of Help funding, only one application per Store per organisation. However, if an agency delivers in localities across the county then applications can be made aligned to separate stores. However, the project needs to be specific to and aligned to delivery in that (store) area.

Application can be made by a wide spread of agencies, the main criteria being that they are constituted and Not for Profit, which includes community organisations, Charities, Community Interest Companies, Social housing providers, Health providers, and Parish, Town and district / borough councils.

Groundwork UK administer the Tesco Bags of Help fund, and local Groundwork organisations offer support to organisations in applying to their funds. I have the local `Enabler' role and here to help any organisation to submit an application.
