West Northamptonshire Council are currently consulting on the removal of funding for home to school transport.

The proposals would result in the withdrawal of guaranteed funding for transport/the provision of a bus from the Long Buckby/Buckby Wharf to Guilsborough School, the linked secondary school.

The proposals would require the Council to only fund a bus service to the closest school (Daventry) despite falling within the Guilsborough catchment.
